Khao Hom Restaurant, serves classic Southern Thai food.
The menu has a good variety of soups, noodles, meat and fish dishes. There is a quite a large selection of seafood offerings.
As is the norm all ingredients, produce, meats and fish are bought fresh daily and prepared when ordered.
Please note, this is an authentic Southern Thai themed restaurant, if you order spicy, you will get spicy! Always remember you have the option to spice it up yourself with table condiments.
The food is served fast, once chosen, you won't be waiting long for your order.
Two of our favourite meals here are Pad Thai and Chicken, Chili & Basil (spicy) with rice. Also Tom Yum Goong (careful this will be spicy, even if you ask for little spice).
It is a little more expensive than other restaurants in the same category. With a light beverage and standard meat and rice meal, the average price is around 180 baht.
Whenever we eat here, we always see Thai's eating here, particularly in the evening and usually in large groups. Always a good sign the food is good!
